Day Four

I was feeling sick today, so I did not have anything until later.

12:00 Black coffee, banana and peanut butter toast



4:00 BLT with avocado and an izzy dink

Day Three

Went to the gym at 10:00.

9:00 banana and peanut butter


11:30 Chai tea latte (12 0z)

12:30 Three egg, 2 slices of bacon and two cups of broccoli egg scramble

1:15 Two mini peanut butter cups


6:30-9:00 I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and forgot to take a picture at the beginning. The picture is after I ate half of the sandwich and no fries. I ended up eating a total of 2/3 of the sandwich and 1/3 of the fries. i also had two white russians and a greyhound.

Day Two

Saturday 5/2/2009
Went to the Gym at 10:00.

7:30am 1 bowl of Kashi cereal

11:30 Iced grande chai latte and two eggs with whole wheat toast and avocado.


3:30 tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil and balsamic vinegar


5:00 2 mini peanut butter cups and an orange


7:30 Trader Joe's orange chicken and jasmine rice


10:30-1am 4 cocktails and a spinach salad with onions, mushrooms, bacon, croutons and blue cheese. Forgot to take an after picture, but I basically at all of the spinach and very little of the other stuff.

Friday 5/1/2009
I went to the gym at 10:00am and did not eat before hand. Afterwards, went out to eat at Tin Shed.


12:00 Egg Scramble with avocado, tomatoes, and peppers. Side of potato cakes and a biscuit. Only ate half of the biscuit and half of the potato cakes. Also had a cup of black coffee and two mimosas.
