Day Three

Went to the gym at 10:00.

9:00 banana and peanut butter


11:30 Chai tea latte (12 0z)

12:30 Three egg, 2 slices of bacon and two cups of broccoli egg scramble

1:15 Two mini peanut butter cups


6:30-9:00 I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and forgot to take a picture at the beginning. The picture is after I ate half of the sandwich and no fries. I ended up eating a total of 2/3 of the sandwich and 1/3 of the fries. i also had two white russians and a greyhound.
